Description
Run for EveryMind 5K Run and 1K Walk benefits EveryMind. One in four people will deal with a mental health issue in their lifetime and that one person’s life impacts so many more – families, friends, co-workers, and neighbors to name just a few. We are committed to helping everyone recognize that taking care of one’s mental wellness is as important and necessary as taking care of one’s physical wellness. When one of us realizes optimal health, the entire community benefits.
The 5K is Ipico Chip timed by MCRRC Race Management Services. EveryMind strengthens communities and empowers individuals to reach optimal mental wellness.

Shirts
Shirts may not be available for same day registrants; however, shirts may be available at the end of the race so please check in with race staff.
Course Map
The race starts on Road parallel to North Washington in front of Kinship Park. It proceeds south and turns right onto
Beall. It proceeds down Beall all the way to Owens Street. At Owens Street the runners turn right and go up hill to Carr
Avenue. At Carr Avenue the runners turn right and go all the way to Manakee Street. At Manakee Street the runners
turn left and run north to Wilson Avenue. At Wilson Avenue they turn left and run to Owens Street. At Owens Street
they turn left and run down Owens Street to Beall. At Beall they turn left and run all the way to Gibbs Street. At Gibbs
Street they turn right and Finish across from the Pavilion.

Packet Pick Up
Packet pickup will be held Saturday, September 14th from 2 pm - 5 pm at RoadRunner Sports located at 1807 Rockville Pike in Rockville, Maryland. Participants picking up their packets on Saturday will receive a special discount for purchases at RoadRunner Sports!
Race morning pickup will begin at Rockville Town Square under the black tents starting at 7:00 am.
