Lace up your sneakers and join us for the HER 5K, where every step helps change the story for women and young girls around the world. All proceeds go to Convoy of Hope’s Women’s Empowerment programs—providing tools, training, and support to help women and girls break the cycle of poverty, build sustainable futures, and discover their God-given value.

As we run, we’re helping connect women and girls to the love of Jesus and the strength of a local church, reminding them they’re not alone and their story isn’t over.
Together we can make a difference!

 

The HER 5K will be held on the C&O Canal Towpath in Williamsport, MD starting and finishing at Riverbottom Park. This event is geared towards walkers and runners. Going the distance together— we would love to encourage you to carpool to the HER 5K and connect with friends!

Course Information

This is a flat, fast “out and back” on the C&O Canal Towpath in Williamsport, MD. Most of the course is shaded.
