Enjoy live music by Rob Butler and Dunkin' treats donated by the Furness Family. Following the race we will have a 25th Anniversary Celebration including a free BBQ, silent auction, raffles and more!

About Our Non-Profit

Our mission is to provide free technology to children with cancer and other serious illnesses to support their education, as well as their social and emotional well-being. Technology, including iPads, laptops, robots and Internet access, enables our children to continue their education during treatment while also remaining connected to family, friends and medical providers. 

Simply stated, we connect kids when their world is out of reach.

Leslie Morissette founded Grahamtastic Connection in honor of her son Graham who sadly lost his battle to cancer in 1997 at age 8. While spending many hours with Graham at the hospital, Leslie became keenly aware of a great need for children and families to access the Internet. It was this need that inspired her to create Grahamtastic Connection. In 1998 Grahamtastic supported 6 children in Maine. The program has grown to provide technology to more than 200 recipients a year and over 2700 children and counting.

Grahamtastic Connection has been recognized with numerous awards for their work on behalf of seriously ill children. This 5K run/walk & auction provides important funding for this cause.

Race Details
Course Description: The 5K run/walk is an out and back course starting at Nasson Community Center and ending at Bradeen Street (in front of Grahamtastic office). Course is partially on road but mostly on well groomed Rail Trail portion of the Mousam Way with turn around at Deering Pond.

Run with the beautiful fall foliage all around you.

Registration: 
Adults (18+) $20 in advance, $25 day of race
Teens (13-17) $15
Children (6-12) $10
Children under 5 free when accompanying a paying adult.
Dogs welcomed!

Please consider gathering pledges. Team that raises most pledges wins a pizza party.

Awards: A special prize for fastest female, male and dog. Top dog prize donated by Waggerston, Wells, Maine. Additionally, medals for first and second female & male runners in all age categories.
