Description

The Breaking Boundaries Self Defense retreat will be held the weekend of October 26-28th, at the Adaptive Outdoor Education Center in the beautiful Carabassett Valley of Western Maine, in the shadows of the Sugarloaf Mountain Region!

This retreat is aimed at seasoned practitioners and instructors of both Self Defense and Martial Arts, who are looking to challenge themselves, and go beyond the traditional thinking one may normally find in their classes and dojo.
