Join us on Friday August 8th at Fitzpatrick Stadium for the Steady State Distance Festival - a chance to hit the track to run fast in either/both of the 5k and the mile. Whether you're chasing a PR this summer or just looking to test your limits, this is the perfect event to go all-out!
Heats will be seeded based on your entry time to keep things competitive and fair.
The order of events is as follows:
4:30-5:15 Check-in/Registration. There will be day of registration available!
5:30 FREE Kids' 100m Fun Run!
5:40 5K Run
6:20 Heat #1 Mile
6:30 Heat #2 Mile
