Description
Our Cool Running School is a 6-week winter running program designed to help you run through the cold and snow of winter so you are ready to rock ‘n’ roll when spring finally arrives.
6-week Program - Starts Monday 1/10/2022 and ends Thursday 2/17/2022.
Cost: $53 for the 6-week program.
Program Includes: 2 weekly organized group runs. Monday mini-clinics on topics related to winter running. Training plan to get your ready for RUN BROADWAY and your spring races.
Training Days: 6pm on Mondays and Thursdays at Ann Arbor Running Co. 2621 Plymouth Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105
Pace Groups: We know that not everyone coming into the program will be at the same level, so will split the program up into 2-3 groups. Each group will have a coach to help them complete the workout.
