Once registered, please complete your 5K within the window of Sunday, March 28 through Sunday, April 11.
And don’t forget to share your participation via our video Tribute, a fun and easy way to bring our community together from a distance.
We have fresh SWOG swag that isn't available for purchase until the fall group meeting, but we'll be sending 10 of our spring donors their choice of these items before they become widely available. Anyone who gives or raises $100 or more for the spring 2021 Crush the Crab 5K will be entered to win either a pair of SWOG socks or a tie. We will announce and contact the ten winners on April 26.
