Free t-shirt for all participants! Overall winners and top three male and female finishers in each age category will be awarded medals.
Early bird registration -by September 1st- is $25. Registration fee after September 1st is $30. Please note there is a $5 per vehicle entrance fee into Independence Oaks on race day. Check in begins at 7:30am on race day at the Morainne Knoll shelter inside the park.
For information on how to do a mail-in registration, contact us at raceforvocations@gmail.com.
Parking and the starting line are at the Trailside Shelter. Bathrooms are available. The course is run primarily on the Lakeshore Loop and is made of packed dirt and finely crushed gravel. It has slight to moderate elevation changes and will include a water aid station approximately half way through the course.
Mile markers will be provided at each mile. Granola bars and bananas will be provided for participants after the race. Awards will begin at 9:30am. Our organization has rented out the shelter area for the whole day, so feel free to stay afterwards and enjoy the park!
