FAMILY FUN & SAFETY IN ONE!
EDUCATE • PROTECT • PREVENT

• Hey there! As runs go, this is the undisputed daddy of fun for the serious runner or for those who just want to support the cause! What's your super power?  Represent! Superhero or first responder costumes and/or t-shirts encouraged!! It's a total blast for families!

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we have made a slight shift with our event that benefits you! We are excited to announce that we have merged our event with the awesome Crooked Loops Trail Run! You will be running and walking on wood chip trails through some of the most wonderfully decorated hardwoods in southeastern Michigan. Participants can now choose to run one of three possible trails or walk the 2.2 mile circuit. All three of these races will be timed. The top male and female finishers for each race and the top 3 in age groups will receive awards!

All races begin at 9:30.

• The 2.5 Mile Race makes a single circuit around Crooked Lake, with rolling hills. (Follow Loop 1 yellow arrows.)

• The challenging 5.5 Mile Race continues a second time around the lake and branches off onto Rock Ridge Trail. (Yellow Arrows on the first loop. The second loop follows the yellow arrows and then branches off following the green arrows.)

• The longest 8.5 Mile Race includes a third lap, continuing onto Spring Lake Trail. This one is not for the faint of heart! It includes Loop 1 and Loop 2 then adds Loop 3 following the blue arrows.)

When 3 more of your friends or family register, you will receive $15 off your registration! Woohoo! What a deal!
• We also take the time to honor our local first responders who will be attending for all they do in our communities. Bring your kids so they can meet our LOCAL SUPERHEROES! The Michigan State Police and the Oakland County Sheriffs.
We are on a mission to provide educational material that will help keep children safe online and prevent child human trafficking.
• We will have a great after-party celebration and food.
Medals will be awarded to the first 100 finishers.
