The Coopersville Cares Turkey Trot was started as a fund raiser. After several good years, this year would have resulted in a loss. The Race Committee has made the difficult decision to cancel for 2024 and look toward 2025. Thank you for your interest.

Description
Come join the fun in the seventh annual Turkey Trot! The course is run primarily on the campus of Coopersville Area Public Schools and is mostly roads. There is a brief segment on a trail that is partly paved and partly made from ground up asphalt. Proceeds from the run/walk support the building fund of Coopersville Cares. Coopersville Cares is a not-for-profit organization that provides emergency assistance, food, and clothing to residents of northeast Ottawa County. The desire is to build a new facility that will have more room for food storage and more space for clothing so that we can better assist those in need.
