Start and Finish at Atwater Brewery!
Atwater Brewery's Grower Gallop 10 Mile and 5K is an annual celebration of running, community, and Detroit! The race starts and finishes at the famous Atwater Brewery in Downtown Detroit. The 10 mile course will take you along the nationally recognized Detroit Riverwalk and around Belle Isle. The 5K follows the Riverwalk and loops back around just before the bridge to Belle Isle. The 5K is walker and stroller friendly. 2025 marks 12 years of Growler Gallop!
We'll have great music, medals, and beer for all participants. Overall and Age Group awards include growlers filled with Atwater beer and cash prizes!

The top 3 Overall Male and Female finishers in the 10 Miler distance will win cash prizes of $150, $100, & $75, respectively.
Age group awards include a growler filled with Atwater's finest beer! (For award winners over the age of 21). Growler awards are filled after race day.
What's Included in Registration?
Registration includes: Growler Gallop hoodie, finisher medal, one beer ticket for Atwater craft beer, post-race food, race day photos, awards (kegs, growlers, and cash prizes), and more! There is also an Economy Package where you can skip the race swag for an extra savings.

- 1:30-3:40 pm: Registration and packet pickup at Atwater Brewery
- 3:55 pm: 10 Mile Chariot Division start
- 4:00 pm: 10 Mile race start
- 4:10 pm: 5K race start (walker friendly)
- 6:00 pm: Awards for 10 Mile and 5K
- 6:30 pm: Course closes
