Description

TRAINING RUN

A Free 10 & 20 Mile Training Run, brought to you by the University of Michigan Health-West Grand Rapids Marathon and Team World Vision. No Shirts. No Money. No race packets. Just a supported training run on a Saturday morning. We'll use parts of the marathon course, and lots of Millennium Park.

SIGN UP SO WE KNOW WHO ALL ARE COMING!! It helps us plan for supplies for the day. We'll draw for some prizes from the registered runners.

We'll be using the Community Room, inside the YMCA, for post run nutrition and social time. We'll have a couple of our awesome sponsors on site, available to chat. This is where we will do the drawing for prizes, drawn from those who registered.

Pacers? Yes! Many of our pacers who will be pacing you on October 20th, will be on hand for this training run, with pace signs. This would be a great time to connect and do your training run with the pacer you may have on race day!
