Description
The 3rd Annual B the One Walk/Run will take place on Sunday, October 8th, 2023, in Grand Rapids, MI. October 10th is World Mental Health Day which serves to raise awareness of mental health issues around the world and mobilize efforts in support of mental health. All proceeds will go towards iUnderstand Love Heals and their mission to offer compassionate comfort to those affected by suicide or mental health illness and pain. Our goal with this event is to encourage individuals to be the one for someone who is struggling with their mental health.
We invite you to join us! Whether you are an avid racer or occasional walker, this event is open to everyone of all ages (strollers welcome). All participants will receive a bib, t-shirt, & goodie bag.
ESA & Service Animals are welcome.

Packet Pick Up and Late Registration
Packet pick-up will take place on Friday, October 6th from 4-6PM at BIGGBY COFFEE: 2030 Lake Michigan Dr. NW, Grand Rapids MI 49504 & at 9AM prior to the event on-site at the Grant Pavilion.
Awards
-Overall Male and Female
-Top 3 male & female in each age group:
- 19 & Under
- 20 to 29
- 30 to 39
- 40 to 49
- 50 to 59
- 60 to 69
- 70 & Over
Winners must be on-site directly following the event to claim their award.
(Participants who choose the virtual option are not eligible for awards.)

Cut off time for guaranteed t-shirt sizing is by September 15th, 2023. For all participants that register after 9/15/23, requested t-shirt sizes are not guaranteed. A variety of sizes will be available first-come, first-serve, at packet pick up for late registrants.
