Start your New Year off on the right foot ON NEW YEARS EVE with the 37th Annual Resolution Run. Join in the fun with 600 runners\walkers as you celebrate the New Year. This fun and festive event will be one to remember! The 4.0-mile event runs around Reeds Lake in East Grand Rapids, MI on 12/31/2020. Start time will be a rolling safe distance start starting at 2 pm thru 4 pm.

Race Day at the East Grand Rapids HS Gym Starting at 1.30pm until race time of 3.30pm
NEW THIS YEAR!
Rolling start time: Start times will be between 2 pm and 4 pm. There will be no crowded mass start as we will be starting and running on the sidewalks around the lake. Please stay 15ft away from everyone at the start line and begin your race when it is free of other participants. Masks for participants REQUIRED when at the start. Once you have started you can remove your mask when you run!
We will have the course marked with arrows for direction!

The mission of S.T.A.R.S. is to encourage women, especially women of color and moms to make fitness and healthy living a priority for themselves and those that they impact, with a major emphasis on running, but expanding to all sorts of physical activity.
Through their involvement, members of S.T.A.R.S. (Sisters Taking Action Reversing Statistics), aims to keep women healthy. They exercise regularly to raise awareness of the health risks that women of color face such as obesity, high blood pressure and diabetes.
