Description
This fun out and back race will be held right in the heart of beautiful Lansing. The race will be held on the Lansing River Trail which is mostly all flat with views of the Grand River the entire way. This race will be held the morning of the Lansing Rock Fest at Adado RIver Front.

Timed Race
We have only the best timing this race! We are so excited to announce that our timers will be none other than Chuck Block and the Michigan Running Foundation! They will be timing all of the participants and providing real time results!
Finisher Medals
Participants will receive a finisher medal! We are currently working it. Be sure to check back soon to check out this Rocking Medal!

Top 5 finishers will receive a prize.
Overall male and female will receive a trophy. (These two amazing speedsters will be their own category and not a part of the age group awards.)

Charity Partner
Rock Lansing is going to partner with Canines for Change. They are a local non-profit organization helping others through training service dogs. They have been training for many years. Many local veterans, school children, and adults have benefited from these highly trained dogs.
A portion of every registration will be donated to Canines for Change to help them continue their amazing program.
