Livonia St. Michael the Archangel 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk

Get your running shoes ready for our second SMA Fun Run! We invite you and all of your family and friends to join us on this flat-surface neighborhood 5K. We will start and finish the race at St. Michael with a fun run through the Historical Old Rosedale neighborhood to beautiful Mies Park. There will also be a one-mile course for those who don't want to do a full 5K. Run or Walk, it is up to you! Join us on Saturday, May 31, at 9:00 am at St. Michael's Church main parking lot. This event is open to all students, families, parishioners, alumni, and the community! So grab your friends, family, and neighbors, and let's get ready to fun run!

Registration Fees

• Registration is $30.00 for non-St. Michael students until April 4th, then will increase to $35.00.
• Registration is $20.00 for St. Michael students until April 4th, which will increase to $25.00. The price for St. Michael students will adjust automatically once the age of the participant is entered. 
• Registration is $20.00 for SMA Staff/Teachers

If you register before May 2, you will receive a race T-shirt. However, T-shirts are not guaranteed for registrations after May 2.

Fundraising, Sponsorships, & Donations

Not only are we rallying to build a stronger community, but we are also raising $25,000 to put towards new projectors with interactive technology for classrooms. We can only achieve this goal with your help! You can help by making a donation or becoming a sponsor. Students will have a chance to raise money; more details to come!

Fundraising - Team Homeroom Challenge

This year, we are challenging the SMA students to help with fundraising. We divided our homerooms into teams and their homeroom teacher as their captain. There are prizes for teams that have highest Fun Run registered student % and highest fundraised! 

When you donate at www.livoniastmichael.org/fundraise, be sure to select the appropriate team (homeroom teacher) so that your gift goes directly to the team you want to support. Want to split your donation between teams? No problem! Just select multiple teachers, and we’ll divide your gift equally.

For those who prefer traditional methods, checks can be made out to St. Michael School, with the homeroom name(s) written in the memo. If you want to make your donation with cash, please place it in an envelope marked “Fun Run ATTN: Mrs. Hudy” along with the homeroom(s) you want to go towards.
