Description
Join Dig Deep, Bayne’s Apple Valley and Jolt Credit Union at the 10th Annual Snow Moon Trail Run! The Snow moon is a traditional name for the full moon that occurs in February in North America. This event has hearty trail runners embracing the snow and cold air temperatures with a unique race through the dark night with cool LED lights marking the path along with a very festive “aid station”! Participants receive 2 adult beverages courtesy of Bayne’s Apple Valley.
Runners embark on one of several race distance options - 5k, 15k or 25k - along a 5k loop of wide trails (not single track) through the woods of City Forest in Midland, Michigan. Those participants completing multiple laps (15k and 25k) will run through a chute located at the venue area alongside the Snow Moon event tent (where the finish line is located). Back by popular demand: Participants in the 5K event may choose to run during daylight hours in an afternoon event prior to the night race kicking off. Those running the daylight 5K will also be able to register for one of the evening events.
A portion of the proceeds from this race will be donated to the Great Lakes Bay Veterans Coalition in their mission to help service members, veterans and their families in the Great Lakes Bay region.

Refund and Transfer Policy
We completely understand that plans change and athletes will sometimes be unable to compete in an event they've signed up for. We also understand that registering for one of our events is a financial investment in that race. We accept your registration funds with the full intention of putting on the promised event with the listed amenities and we use your registration funds to pay for the necessary items and services needed to host the event. With that in mind, refunds will not be provided for this event unless the event is cancelled for reasons within our control. The following are examples (but not limited to) of reasons an event might be canceled that are NOT within our control: Dangerous weather; natural disasters; pandemics; acts of terrorism; local emergencies; government mandates; and any situation creating a threat to safety of participants, volunteers, staff or bystanders.
Should an athlete have an injury or other medical issue keeping them from competing in an event they've registered for, we would be happy to transfer their registration to a similar Dig Deep-owned event up to and including the same event the following season. A doctor's slip may be required as proof of injury or ailment. Failure to provide proof if requested will result in non-transfer of the event.
Transferring registrations to other runners/athletes is NOT allowed.
