Run for Change 5k

First Annual Run for Change 5k with proceeds benefitting the Nazarene Community Resource Center's mission to show God's love to the lakeshore community! The NCRC partner with local foster families, incarcerated individuals, at-risk young adults, and low-income families to provide support and love. This 5k starts at the beautiful Heritage Landing in downtown Muskegon, MI and will run down the Lakeshore Trail on the shores of Lake Muskegon. 

Race Route: Race begins at 9am at Heritage Landing at 1050 7th St, Muskegon, MI 49440. Race runs southwest down the Lakeshore Trail for 1.5 miles. At the turnaround at 1.5 miles there will be a water station. Race then continues back down the trail towards the start. There is no time cutoff for the 5k, but the awards ceremony will begin at 10:30am and the cornhole tournament begins at 11am for those participating in both. The trail is almost completely flat with a beautiful view of Lake Muskegon!
