Join us May 9th in Woodhaven for a powerful community Walk focused on mental health, connection, and showing up for each other.

Participants may wear a ruck, weighted vest, backpack, or walk unweighted. The event is open to all fitness levels and welcomes individuals, families, first responders, fitness enthusiasts, and anyone who wants to come out and support mental health awareness.

Registration includes an event T-shirt, participant gift bag and a raffle ticket. During the event, participants can enjoy local vendors, raffles, a hydration station, and a relaxed community atmosphere.

After the walk, stick around to visit vendor tables, grab a bite from the food truck, and connect with others in the community.
