Race Etiquette:

Arrive early for the event, especially if you are picking up your race bib on race day.
Pin your race number on the front of your shirt/shorts and on your outermost layer.  This is where it is most visible for photographers and race officials.
Line up according to how fast you plan to run or walk the event. Slower runners and walkers should move to the back of the race pack. Just because you arrived early does not mean you should be at the front of the starting line.
Pay attention to your surroundings. Portions of the course will NOT be closed to traffic. It is your responsibility to watch for oncoming traffic.
Emergency vehicles have the right-of-way at all times. The police and traffic control volunteers have YOUR safety in mind, and deserve to be treated respectfully by runners and spectators alike.
Be respectful of resident's property and use the bathrooms at the start line and on the route rather than private yards.
Don't drop clothing on the course after you warm up. If you must shed layers of clothing, tie them around your waist or place them on the side of the road where no one will trip over them. If you drop it, don't expect to get it back.
Help us keep White Lake beautiful - don't litter!
If you need to stop at an aid station, step to the side of the road and proceed to the aid station, but do not block others from accessing the aid tables.
Once you have crossed the finish line, keep moving forward until the end of the finish chute.
Be sure to thank our amazing volunteers! The race would not be possible without them.
Please be kind and have fun!! Any disrespectful behavior to volunteers or race officials may lead to your disqualification or ban you from future events.
Please plan to allow enough time to park, pick up your packet (if needed) and make a bathroom stop.

Bathrooms will be available for participants. They will be located at the start/finish area. There will inevitably be lines before the race, so please plan accordingly.

Start Times:

8am Half Marathon, 10K, 5K
