Trick-or-Trot 5k Fun Run

Lace up those running shoes and join us for our first ever Trick-or-Trot! The Marshall Area YMCA in partnership with the Marshall Farmer's Market are looking forward to seeing you at the start and finish line on October 26th! Costumes are encouraged - the more spirited the better (family friendly though please) and enjoy some fun fall themed activities as well as the Marshall Farmer's Market after the race. 

If you are not in the area please join us virtually. All race proceeds will go towards supporting YMCA Programs & Services. 

Pricing Information: 
We are now offering individual and family pricing! When registering for the race first add all your registrants - if you have 2-8 in your family scroll to the bottom and select the drop down under "Multi-Person Pricing" for a $10 discount per registrant. All race participants will receive a canvas tote bag if you register by 9/30/24. 

Early Bird Gets the Worm: September 1 - September 30: $30 [MUST REGISTER BY 9/30 TO RECEIVE THE GIVEAWAY]

Regular Registration: October 1 - October 20: $35

Late Registration: October 21 - October 26: $40

                                                                                                                                                         
Packet Pick Up Information 
Pick Up will be organized October 26th (day of the race) 7-8:30am by Last Name. You will not be able to pick up your packet prior to this. You CAN have someone pick up your packet for you if you are unable to.

Other Important Information 
The Marshall Area YMCA will be open during its normal hours. The Lobby and Gymnasium will be available to warm up and wait for the race. 
There are bathrooms and locker rooms available for use.
There will be a limited number of canvas tote bags for those who did not register before the September 30th deadline, but these will be distributed on a first-come-first-served basis. 
There will be water available at the half way point of the race. 
The route will be guided by volunteers. Please do not make any turns until a volunteer guides you! 
Portions of the race will be salted and cleared if necessary. However, roads are not closed, so please be aware of your surroundings at all times! 
The Trick-or-Trot 5k will begin at 8:30am Please start lining up for the race around 8:20am. The race is a fun run so it's not chip timed but there will be a timer at the finish line for you to reference.
Walkers, strollers, and dogs on leashes are welcome. If you plan to walk the race, please be courteous of your fellow participants and line up near the back of the chute. This will allow those running for personal bests to get out of the chute quickly. Please tag the YMCA and let us be able to celebrate your accomplishment together!
