We’re talkin’ fresh air, good people, and big energy for the whole fam. Join us at Theodore Wirth Park for a 5K run or hike through the trails, or let the little ones shine in the 1-mile youth run. And you know we couldn’t forget the dancin’—our high-energy kids dance-off is all about joy, movement, and showing out!

Stick around as the sun goes down—local legends Tyte Phitt Band (Aug 28) and Nur-D (Sept 11) are bringing the beats live.
