Join us for the second annual Unity in Motion 5k Race!

Get ready to lace up your running shoes and join us for the Unity in Motion 5K – a vibrant, community-focused race that celebrates Minnesota's resilient and diverse communities through the spirit of healthy living! Whether you're a seasoned runner, a casual jogger, or a family looking for a fun outing, this race welcomes all members of the community.

Event Highlights:

5K Race: Challenge yourself with a 5K run, or walk, through the beautifully maintained trails of the Three Rivers Parkway district. 

Unity Village: After the race, explore our Unity Village featuring local organizations, live music, and food trucks – a perfect place to relax and enjoy a post-race cool down. 

Medals & Prizes: Medals for the top 3 finishers for men, women, and children under 16

Fundraising Focus: Proceeds from the event will support CAPI's work providing support to Minnesota's immigrant and refugee population, making every step you take contribute to a greater cause. We encourage all runners to sign up for their own fundraising page - encouraging family and friends to support your race to make a difference!
