Welcome to the Fix It Forward Ministry 5K!
"Run so they don't have to walk"
Transportation issues are huge in our community and the need is overwhelming. Many can’t just take a bus to work, school, or appointments because our public transit system has limited hours and locations. Additionally, utilizing public transportation can take hours. With your help, our goal is to remove the transportation barrier for those in need in our community thus helping enable them to be independent and self-sufficient.
Fix It Forward Ministry provides free car repairs to those individuals in need. We also repair donated vehicles and give them back to needy members in our community who do not have a vehicle or whose vehicle is beyond repair. We utilize volunteer labor, discounted parts, and charitable donations to cover the costs of repairs.

RACE DETAILS
Join us for the 2nd annual Fix It Forward 5K! The race will be a chip-timed event and take place at the Fix It Forward Auto Shop in Moorhead. Pickle Events will be doing the timing.
Course
The route will take you north and loop back to the auto shop. The course will measure 3.14 miles. The start and finish line will be near the Fix It Forward Auto shop.
Start
The race will start at 9:00 a.m. rain or shine!

The top 3 male and top 3 female runners from each age category will receive a medal, plus the top male and female overall.

The awards ceremony will start at approximately 10:00 a.m. immediately following the race.

PACKET PICK-UP
Packet pick-up will take place from 8:00 - 8:55 a.m. on Saturday May 13, 2023 (race day).
There will be pre-registration and race day packet pick-up lines, both located at 2620 2nd Ave N, Moorhead, MN 56560.
Parking
AutoZone Auto Parts off of Hwy 10 is offering parking for the race. It's about a 5-minute walk from Fix It Forward Auto Care.
