Join us for the 2025 Grants Cause for Spina Bifida 1 Mile/ 5K walk/run FAMILY DAY to raise awareness of Spina Bifida and raise funds for children's medical needs!  Family friendly event at the beautiful Waterfall Park in Independence, MO with children's fun run, prizes. T-shirt, race medal and light breakfast included with registration!
