CrossFit Trenches In-House OPEN

Workouts are released on Thursdays at 5 p.m. PT.  Workouts are completed in front of a judge.  There are two versions of each workout, scaled and Rx'd. The scaled option makes the event all-inclusive. 

There will be 5 workouts done on Fridays during class times at CFT over a 5 week period.   During The Open, we add another class on Fridays at 6pm.  Then we all go out and grab a drink and a bite to eat after the last class.  The morning classes come cheer on the evening classes and/or meet us at the restaurant. 

This year, your $20 registration fee for the In-House Open will go toward a new piece of equipment.  We will host a Trenches Leaderboard and name winners in each category.  The winners will also be awarded a small prize. 

Please also note that these Friday classes are “free” classes.  They do not count against your membership.  For example, if you come 2x a week and you already came on Monday and Wednesday, you can still come on Friday for The Open.
