9th Annual Micro Run

Get ready for fun 5K run through beautiful Forest Park and after you cross the finish line you'll have an opportunity to visit with our amazing partners like 1st Phorm, Fit-flavors, Crossfit Xtramile and more. You'll also have an opportunity to participate in a one hour beer tasting following the event.  You must be 21+ to participate in the tasting.
The 9th Annual Micro Run will take place once again in the Upper Muny Parking lot of Forest Park.  

Awards will be given to the top overall male and female finisher and the top gym with the most participants and fastest team time.

Participation in a timed, 3.1 mile run through beautiful Forest Park

Participation in one hour beer tasting (must be 21+)
