The kid's dash is a fun, untimed dash for our kiddos ages 10 and under. Registration includes a mini bib, youth-sized shirt, and kid's dash pin! (If your child wants to run the kid's dash, and doesn't want the SWAG, they are welcome to run with us on race day for free!)
*Register by midnight on Thursday, two Thursdays before race day, to guarantee your shirt!

Volunteer With Us
Sign up under the "VOLUNTEER" tab on the top menu. Course Monitor and Aid Station volunteers earn an event shirt and a FREE race entry to a future event to use for yourself or to gift to someone else OR our exclusive volunteer SWAG pack! Volunteer for a half marathon and earn TWO free race entries for a future event!
Course Monitors help maintain a safe course by redirecting traffic away from participants and guiding participants in the right direction. Feel free to bring pom-poms, horns, music, instruments, signs, etc. to encourage and cheer on runners. Bonus for creative costumes!
Aid Station volunteers provide water to participants as they pass. Keep the course clean for runners by picking up discarded cups, bottles, and trash and placing it in the provided trash bins. Please feel free to bring pom poms, signs, horns, music, etc to cheer on participants. Bonus for great costumes!
Volunteers arrive at the event 1 hour before start time and check in at the registration tent.
PACKET PICKUP
Pre-Race Packet Pickup is hosted by OK Runner Running Store on 7/29 from 3pm-5pm! Exclusive discounts will be available for all participants!

Packet Pickup is always available on race day an hour and a half before the start of the race.
If you need to switch to virtual please email support@bodiesrc.com BEFORE the event or come to packet pickup and pick up your items. If we are not notified prior to the event, items may not be available as we open items up after the event for late registrations.

- 5:30-6:45am Packet Pickup
- 6:55 Kids Dash (Meet at the Start Line and we will walk participants out to the starting area)
- 7:00 National Anthem and Race Start!
- Results and Awards are live and available at the Registration tent immediately following your finish!

VIRTUAL EVENT
Virtual Event participants are welcome to run any day, anytime, at the location of their choice!
Your registration includes a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and shipping for your packet. Your packet will be mailed to you and will ship out the Tuesday after the race. You can upload your times starting the day of the event on the results page. You can also upload any photos in the "participant upload" album on the photos page!

WEATHER/REFUND POLICY
All Bodies Race Company events proceed rain, shine, snow, or cold. For that reason, we have a strict no-refund policy. If you are unable to participate in the event, you can still receive your packet, shirt, and medal, and you simply run the race on your own time on your own course.
