Just Exercise for Fun (JEFF)

Just Exercise for Fun is an event to celebrate the life and legacy of Jeff Bonds. He was passionate about exercise, and we want to share that passion with our community. 

This event will include a 45-mile bike ride and a 1.2 mile course that participants can choose to run, walk or bike. Other fun fitness challenges will be available, too!

The event will begin at 7 a.m., and the bike ride will begin at 7:30 a.m.
