Evergreen Spring Runoff 2022

State Farm Agent TJ Wendt and Glacier Bank are co-hosting the Evergreen Spring Runoff 2022  5K / 10K run.  Funds from this event will be split between the Boys and Girls Club of Evergreen and the Evergreen Community Partners Sidewalk Project.  This event will be held on Saturday, April 23rd with the starting and ending line at the Helena Flats School, Kalispell, MT.

The Boys and Girls Club of Evergreen is very important to the community.  They are an after-school program for students in grades K – 8th.  Specifically in Evergreen, 100% of the kids that attend are part of the free and reduced lunch program.  The Boys and Girls Club provides a safe and supervised spaced for kids from 3PM-6PM during the week.  The kids who attend the program benefit from improved academic performance and classroom behavior, along with a host of other positive life and health outcomes.

The Evergreen Community Partners group focus is to improve the safety of the Evergreen community.  Their large project is to build sidewalks on the Hwy 2 corridor so that kids can get to and from school safely each day.
