Race for This Place

The Race for This Place is a fundraiser for local organizaions in White Sulphur Springs, Mt.  This is our 10th annual race and we are raising money this year for local park beautification.  The race will be held on the 4th of July with a 10K, 5K walk/run and a 1 mile walk, all routes begin at the Meagher County Courthouse procedding west of town.  The 5K and 1 mile are an out and back course over the North Fork of the Smith Riveralong Highway 360.  The 10K race will be run mostly on dirt roads west of thown.  It is a scenic run with spectacular views of the Big Belts and Castle Mountains.  The 10K begins at 7:00 a.m. with the 5K and 1 mile beginning at 7:30 a.m.  There is a continental breakfast, award ceremony and door prize drawing following the race.
