FAQs

**The answers below are subject to change due to State, Local, & CDC guidelines

PACKET PICKUP:  Can someone else pick up my race packet for me?  Yes. Someone else can pick up your race packet for you as long as you give them permission to do so.

Can I pick up a race packet for someone else?  Yes.  However, please ensure that the person is aware of you picking up their packet.  This is so they don’t show up looking for their packet only to find out someone picked it up for them without their knowledge.

Can I pick up my packet race day? Yes, Please pick up your packet at the race site between 7:30 A.M- 8:15 A.M.

PARKING:  There is plenty of parking at Wickham Park.

Are runners allowed to wear iPods or Headsets?  The course is open to local traffic and residents so for safety reasons, we ask participants not to wear headphones. This is extremely important as volunteers may be trying to give you information, but you may not be able to hear them. If you must wear headphones, please be sure to have one out of your ears at all times.

DOGS & FURRY FRIENDS: We love our furry friends. However, due to race permitting and liability insurance demands, dogs are prohibited at our race unless it is a certified service dog wearing its “uniform.”. If you bring your pup and they are not a service dog, we will kindly ask you kindly to not participate in the race. (The same is true for other animals including cats, goats, alpacas, llamas, horses, etc.)

SCOOTERS & BIKES: This is a family friendly race. Scooters & bikes (other than the race lead bike) are not permitted on the course for official race timing. Due to liability concerns over the potential for injury, we do not mix runners with mechanical devices except for athletes who must employ hand-crank cycles and the like in order to compete. Please respect this policy.
