The 4 hour and 12-hour events: This is a self-paced event.  Run as many miles as you can in the prescribed time or until you decide to stop. The runner that covers the most distance in the prescribed time is declared the winner.  Runners are allowed to run, walk, and rest as needed for the duration of the event. Laps will be recorded by the race organizers. The event organizer will have an aid station set up at the start finish line with water, Gatorade, and snacks. Participants can set up personal tents, tables, and aid stations in the park area by the start finish.

Last Man Standing:  Same rules as above with a few exceptions. For the first 4 hours runners must meet a 20-minute time hack per 1-mile loop.  Participants only need to complete 1-mile before the 20 minute is up and can rest until the next 20 minutes interval begins.  After 4 hours runners must meet a descending time hack.  At the 4-hour mark, participants will have 15 minutes to complete the 1-mile loops.  From 8 hours to 10 hours, participants must maintain 12 minutes per 1-mile loop.  At the 10-hour point, runners must maintain 10 minutes per 1-mile loop.  At 11 hours and every hour on the hour time will descend one minute until the last runner remains.

There will be prizes for the top male and female in all three categories.

All participants will receive an official race t-shirt and finishing medal.  T-shirts cannot be guaranteed for registrations after October 12, 2024.
