Fall 2022 Half Marathon Training in Apex is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.
The class is 12 weeks long and is geared toward helping adults train for a half marathon: be it their first or as a veteran runner looking to improve their race time. All levels and paces are welcome!
The class will include a detailed daily plan over the 12 weeks, with 2 coached group runs per week, suggested cross-training & strength training workouts, and Saturday group long runs. The coached group runs are in person, though this class can be done virtually when you miss: all info will be provided on the group run & route ahead of time so that trainees can run separately at another time if they need to.
Cost of the class is $75 if you register by 8/21/22. Registration cost from 8/22 - 9/4 is $80. Registration cost from 9/5 - 9/25 is $90. Deadline to register is 9/25.

Program dates: August 28, 2022 - November 19, 2022. Group training will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:15pm, and there are group long runs with all fall adult classes on Saturdays at 7:00AM.. The class will meet on Mondays at Hunter Street Park (1250 Ambergate Station, Apex, NC 27502); with a back-up location of: Apex Nature Park (2600 Evans Road, Apex, NC 27502), in case of overcrowding from fall kids' sports AND Wednesdays at the Salem Middle School track (6150 Old Jenks Road, Apex, NX 27523). Saturday run locations vary weekly and rotate throughout the Triangle area.
