Everyone can be a hero. Whether you run, walk, roll, or cheer from the sidelines—you’re part of something bigger. Each step, each breath, and each tribute makes a difference in the fight to save lives.

Every one of us has been touched in some way by the painful reality of suicide. Every day, 44 veterans die by suicide. First responders face rising rates of PTSD and burnout. Families across the country carry grief, hope, and the will to fight for healing. This event is for all heroes—those we've lost, those still battling, and those walking beside them.

We come together to honor the fallen, support the fighters, and empower the survivors.

We Run for Their Lives—because every step can help save one.
