EVENT DESCRIPTION
What is the Stay Frosty Winter Rewild Challenge?
The Stay Frosty Winter Rewild Challenge invites you to embrace the cold and reconnect with nature this winter.
THE GOAL:
Spend as much time outdoors as possible and earn points for every activity that gets you moving in the fresh winter air.
- Activities must be at least 20 minutes long to count (research suggests that chunks of time outside... like 20+ minutes are ideal!).
- Get 1 point for every 20 minutes of outside activity!
- Get an extra point if your outside activity is done with a friend or friends.
- Get an extra point if your outside activity includes snow, ice, or cold water.
- Choose from 3 tiers: Ice Breaker, Chill Chaser, or Mountain GOAT
- You'll get a digital milestone badge at each 20% increment of your points goal.
- Get a raffle entry for every 20% milestone!
- Join our private challenge FB group open only to participants in the challenge. Share your activities, give kudos to other participants, and connect with other Nature Girls!
- OR print out a PDF outside time tracker and do it by hand, old school, no screens involved.
