One Step Beyond Powerstroke Swim Clinic

Powerstroke® is our method for teaching effective competitive swimming to adult triathletes and open water racers. It is both a teaching method and a way of swimming. It is a concept developed to help athletes understand the integral relationship between good technique and the application of force when swimming. It is a drill that can be incorporated into daily practices as well as a stroke form that will help you torpedo your way to a PR finish.

Each clinic is certified for 6 CEUS with USA Triathlon.

Itinerary includes - (with a start time 11AM):
1100-1200PM: Lecture: What is Powerstroke®
1200-200PM: Powerstroke® Swim Practice, drills, and demonstrations
200-300PM: Individual swimmer filming
300-500PM: Swimmer film review and lectures: Swim Training for Triathlon
and Lunch (included)
500-515: Q&A, session end

Each clinic includes:
- Optional: The Powerstroke: Speed through force and form DVD
- Booklet of presentations & selected articles
- Individual swim analysis (recorded) and posted to youtube privately
- Lunch

Options:
