2025 Stand Up -Maud 2.23 with Ponysaurus Brewing

Join Together We Stand and Ponysaurus Brewing Durham for the 5th Annual Stand Up- Maud 2.23 event on Sunday February 23, 2025 beginning at 11am.  The event will be held at the Durham location of Ponysaurus Brewing (219 Hood Street) @ponysaurusbrewing.

The event commemorates the death of 25-year-old Ahmaud Arbery on 2/23/20 and focuses on unity against all racial and gender discrimination and violence.  Ponysaurus Brewing hosted the first Together We Stand rally back in June 2020.  2025 Stand Up-Maud 2.23 shirts will be available for sale with this year’s quote “It is in your hands to make a better world for all who live in it.”-Nelson Mandela.

The event is FREE with an optional 2.23-mile walk/run (also free) beginning at 11:30am.  For the 2nd year, Together We Stand and Ponysaurus Brewing have collaborated to create a special beer, Stand Up Pale Ale.  This year the Stand-Up brew will be available on draft and in 16oz cans.

This Triangle area community event is meant to create unity, inspire conversation, and bring all genders and races closer together.  Please mark this date on your calendar and plan to join us.  Plan to bring friends and family.

2025 Stand Up-Maud 2.25 shirts will be available on site for $15 each in sizes S,M.L.XL.XXL (+$2)
