These are unprecedented times and we appreciate your patience and grace as we travel these uncharted waters together. With the cancellation of the first half of our triathlon schedule we have modified our existing policies to create several options to give you even more flexibility in your 2020-21 racing season. Although we are not offering a refund option we are offering three options which we have found to be some of the most generous in the endurance industry. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.
OPTION #1 - Transfer to an equivalent race in 2020. (Transfer sprint to sprint, international to international or half to half). You may transfer your registration anytime during the 2020 triathlon season. Transfer Instructions. *Please read below regarding USAT ONE DAY FEE.
OPTION #2 - Defer your 2020 to the same race in 2021. You do not need to do anything at this time, you will be sent instructions on redeeming your 2020 race when registration opens on November 1, 2020.
OPTIONS #3 - Transfer to a similar distance race in 2021. You do not need to do anything at this time, you will be sent instructions on redeeming your 2020 race when registration opens on November 1, 2020.
USAT One Day Fees: If you purchased a USAT One Day Fee you will need to contact firstname.lastname@example.org to have your One Day License transferred to the new event. Once you get confirmation that USAT has processed your transfer then you can log into your RunSignUp account to transfer your race registration.

Saturday (4/25): International
Distances: Swim: 1.5K - Bike: 45K - Run: 10K
Sunday (4/26): Sprint
Distances: Swim: 750 Meters - Bike: 14 Miles - Run: 5K
NEW for 2020 - "No Shirt/No Swag" Registration Option
For 2020, participants will have the option of registering for a race at a discounted price and NOT receiving the race shirt and any “swag” given away at the race. If you opt to do this, select the registration category that fits you (Individual or AquaBike), and when you get to the stage during this registration process where you pick your t-shirt size – you’ll see a “No Shirt/No Swag” option – and the discounted amount.
If by chance, at a later date, you decide that you'd like to have the race shirt or swag, you'll be able to purchase a race shirt and the swag at the race site following the conclusion of the race. Be aware, that should you do this, the items will cost more than by purchasing them when you register.
1) Anyone registering after 4/10 - WILL NOT receive a race shirt or swag
2) Relay teams do NOT have this “No Shirt/No Swag”option. All relay team members will automatically receive shirts and swag.

Important things to remember :
• A photo ID is required for packet pick-up.
• Cash, Check or Credit Card are accepted.
• Half distance participants must fill out a medical form for packet pickup. Please complete the Medical form (click here or PDF. below) and bring to packet pickup.
• All participants must pick up their own race packet. (Including all relay team members)
• USA Triathlon requires that all USAT annual members must show their USAT membership card at packet pick-up.
• Any USAT annual member who does not present his/her valid membership card at packet pick-up,
will be required to pay the USAT one-day fee of $15. No exceptions.
Participant orientation meetings for all races will be held under the covered pavilion.
Half & International: 6:00 PM on Friday
Sprint: 6:00 PM on Saturday
We will cover as many details as possible about the race and questions will be encouraged. A representative from USA Triathlon will also be on hand to discuss USAT issues and concerns relative to rules and safety. This meeting should last about 30 minutes - we encourage everyone to attend.

A pasta dinner will be held at the race site on Friday evening.
Proceeds from the dinner will go to the East Bladen High School History Club.
Dinner will be served from 5:30 PM -7:00 PM.
Pasta, Salad, bread and tea will be available for $10.00 a plate.
No advance purchase.
In addition to Friday night's pasta dinner, the East Bladen HS History Club will be on site all day Saturday serving breakfast, lunch and snack items.
They will also be back on Sunday from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
