Stomp the Tar 5-Miler

Come join us November 20, 2021 for our first annual Stomp the Tar 5-Mile trail race taking place at River Park North! All proceeds from this race will be donated to Love a Sea Turtle of ENC. 

Trail running is simply defined as going for a run at the heart of nature, and that's exactly what Stomp the Tar 5-Miler has to offer. This trail race winds its way through the scenic terrain of River Park North and their newly renovated primitive trail. Along narrow, tree root crossed trails, that lead you alongside the Tar River, this scenic course is like no other. 

Want to make it a family affair? Crazy Running will be putting on the Crazy 3k which presents a unique, shorter race distance to keep your young runner engaged. It is our belief at Crazy Running that kids should learn to love healthy competition, challenging themselves, while adopting a sport they can enjoy for the rest of their lives.

Be sure to stick around after for post race festivities and an awesome trail mix bar!
