United We Glow 5k

The Young Lincoln Leaders are excited to host the United We Glow 5K.

Race Day is May. 2nd, 2025 at Betty G Ross park. Packet pickup will start at 6:30PM on race day.

7:00PM is when the Fun Run will start.

7:30PM is when the 5K starts.

Awards will be given for the top 3 female and males for each age group. 

Age Groups (Male and Female) as follows: 17 and under, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-64, 65+  

About United Way and Young Lincoln Leaders

The United We Glow 5K is a nighttime fun run/walk designed to bring the community together in support of United Way. 

Participants will light up the course with glow sticks, neon attire, and energetic spirits as they run or walk through a safe, marked route.

This event aims to raise funds and awareness for United Way’s mission to strengthen education, health, and financial stability in our community. All of the proceeds will go directly to local initiatives supported by United Way.

Race Course

Race Course Starts at Betty G

Follow to the rail trail while crossing the following streets:

-Congress Street @ Government Street,  

-Academy Street

-Sycamore Street 

-Pine Street

-Dixon Street

Runners will cross Dixon Street making a U-turn on rail trail and returning to the start/finish line following the same route.

Will Finish at Betty G at the basketball and tennis courts.
