Description
We're excited to announce the third annual Rocky Mount UMC Pay It Forward 5k on November 19, 2016. This is a unique race because after finishing the 5k, each runner will be given a water bottle with CASH inside. Each bottle contains anywhere from $10 to $500! Runners are invited to "pay it forward" by using the cash to donate to a charity or help someone in need. You could use it to help find a cure to a disease, or maybe save Christmas for a boy or girl. We think it's a great concept that we hope will catch on everywhere!
Race Day Registration is available for $30.00 but CASH only. (Your money will be put directly in a sports bottle!

Awards
Awards are for the runners to keep!
First overall Male and Female receive a $100.00 cash prize
- Male and female awards for top three in each of the following divisions:
- 13 and under
- 14-18
- 19-24
- 25-29
- 30-34
- 35-39
- 40-44
- 45-49
- 50-54
- 55-59
- 60+
- 13 and under age group will win trophies. Other age group winners receive a gift card from Charlotte Running Company: $25 for 1st, $15 for 2nd, $10 for 3rd.

7:30 a.m.-7:50am race day packet pickup and registration (if race has not sold out)
8:30 a.m. Race start
All morning: Live Music, Vendor Booths, Face Painting, balloons, and tattoos for the kids!
