 **What to Expect** 🌟 A FREE 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk:** A scenic, one mile route that’s perfect for all fitness levels! Route will take place on Harbor Drive in Morehead City at the intersection by Rise & Shine and Walmart off of HWY 24. 

 **Rise & Shine Energy Boost:** Refuel at our hydration station halfway through your mile with a complimentary Rise & Shine snack and hydrator shot to keep you feeling great! All participants will receive 20% off a Rise & Shine beverage of choice after the fun run/walk. 🎉
