Rosy Cheeks 5K and Kid's Jingle Bell 1/2 Mile Jog

7th Annual Mount Airy Police Department Toy Drive sponsored by the Mount Airy Road Runners and Mount Airy Parks and Recreation. Entry fee is an unwrapped gift (elementary or middle-school age appropriate) for the toy drive.

5K start time is 9:00 AM
Kids 1/2 Mile Jog begins at 9:45 AM

Cost
Please bring an unwrapped toy (elementary or middle school age appropriate) for our Mount Airy Police Dept. local toy drive. If you would like a Long Sleeved Performance Race Shirt, please include the t-shirt purchase with your registration option for $15 to cover the cost of the shirt. Only registrations received by December 1st will be eligible for a shirt.

Early Packet Pickup
Packets can be picked up at Reeves Community Center from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Friday, December 11th, 2014.

Refreshments and Recovery
Refreshments, including baked goods and cider will be available after the race

Race Awards
All finishers of the 5K will receive a candy cane. Kids will receive a special reward for their run.

First, second and third place overall and in each age group winners will receive a special prize.

SPECIAL GUEST! We will have Santa Clause as the special guest following the race.

Course Route
The 5K route will begin at Riverside Park, enter the Ararat River Greenway, travel 1.5 miles and make a turnaround near Rowe Park / Ball Field Area, then return to Riverside Park to the finish Line.
