Description
Join One Step Beyond coaches Marty and Brianne Gaal for a 3 hour open water swim training clinic at Jordan Lake in Chatham County, North Carolina. We will conduct the clinic at the Seaforth beach area.
Location:
Seaforth recreation area, Jordan Lake, NC (off US64). We will have drinks and light snacks available during the clinic.
$80 with the DVD, $60 without. Clinic fee includes a copy of the Powerstroke: Speed through force and form DVD.
Itinerary:
800-815 - Meet and greet
815-900: Open water swimming lecture
900-930 - Open Water starts, turns, finishes
930-1000 - Open Water sighting, drafting, and dealing with crowds or anxiety
1000-1030 - Swim workout - under supervision
1030-1100 - Swim training for open water/triathlon lecture
1100 - Q&A, clinic ends
