Description
Come out and Support Cliffs of the Neuse State Park's 5th spring trail race! We will have 4ish and 8ish mile distances as well as a 4ish mile hike option.
START/FINISH AREA AT THE BIG PICNIC SHELTER WITH REAL PARKING AND REAL BATHROOMS!
The course will start and finish at the big picnic shelter by the lake parking lot. There will be a small amount of gravel road but the 4ish mile loop will be mostly beautiful single and double track. The curvy trails include less stairs, significant elevation change, bridges, and views of the river and lake. The 8ish mile race will be a NEW course! Both will include a water station around the 2 mile mark and the 8 will pass it again around 6 miles. Both courses will be marked and timed. All events will start at 9:30am!
Everyone will park in the large lot by the lake.
Check in/packet pick up will be from 8:30a-9:15a at the start/finish area.
Online registration ends March 20th but we will have cash only race day sign up from 8:30a-9:15a.
As always we will have delicious cookies and a small meal waiting at the finish line! (gluten free and plant based of course)

In an effort to cut down on waste we have made shirts a separate option. The shirts are printed locally and are always comfortable. The last day to order a shirt is March 6th!
