Friend to Friend proudly presents our first ever Rock N Run 5k - Hybrid Edition!
Whether you prefer to attend a live event or run virtually, we've got you covered. Because the future is uncertain, we are making sure that we have a way for everyone to be included in this event.
You can register for the virtual option and run anywhere and any time starting on April 16th, and the week long event ends with the traditional in-person 5k on April 23rd!
Registrations on or before 4/9 will be guaranteed a t-shirt. All registrations after that date will receive a shirt if available.
The traditional 5k course will start at the Southern Pines Brewing Company (565 Air Tool Dr. Southern Pines), go up through the trails at the National Athletic Village, and end back at the starting point.
The race culminates with beer, food trucks, and a (socially distanced) free concert at the finish line.
Don't forget your lawn chairs!
You must register to participate and registration must be completed no later than 4/22.
You can run your virtual race anytime from 4/16-4/23. Results must be reported no later than Friday 4/23.
You can run on any course or location you choose. GPS distances and treadmill dashboards are acceptable for distance verification.
Note that you must be registered and have an assigned bib number to submit results. Look up your bib number on your registration confirmation email or on the Find A Participant link above after registering.

Virtual 5k: Swag bag pick up will be on Thursday 4/22 at the Southern Pines Brewing Company (565 Air Tool Dr.). We will also have swag bag pick up available on race day from 1-5pm. If you are not able to pick it up in person or do not live in Moore County, please contact the race director at email@example.com to set up another option.
Friend to Friend is a nonprofit agency located in Carthage, North Carolina.
Our mission is to help survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking rebuild their lives.
Some of the services we provide include an emergency shelter for women & children, 24/7 crisis line, court advocacy, hospital accompaniment for adult survivors of sexual assault, support groups, and community education.
All of our services are free of charge.
