Friend to Friend proudly presents our 8th annual Rock N Run 5k!
Whether you're running it or you're just looking for some entertainment, the Rock n' Run 5k satisfies all. If you're running the 5K, ditch the headphones for this one! Whiskey Pines will be staged near the start line and the race culminates with a beer and concert at the finish line.
If fitness isn't your forte, come out for the festivities. Cheer on the runners, listen to some tunes, and get inspired to sign up next year.
This event is family friendly with activities for children, live music, and food trucks. Bring the whole family out to have fun and support sexual assault awareness!
Don’t forget your lawn chairs!
Registrations on or before 4/1 will be guaranteed a t-shirt. All registrations after that date will receive a shirt if available.
PACKET/SWAG BAG PICK UP
Packet pick up will be on Thursday 4/18 at the Southern Pines Brewing Company (565 Air Tool Dr.) from 5:00 - 8:00 pm.
We will also have packet pick up and registration available on race day from 2:00 - 5:30pm.

About Friend to Friend
Friend to Friend is a nonprofit agency located in Carthage, North Carolina.
Our mission is to help survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking rebuild their lives.
Some of the services we provide include an emergency shelter for women & children, 24/7 crisis line, court advocacy, hospital accompaniment for adult survivors of sexual assault, support groups, and community education.
All of our services are free of charge.
Our Advocacy Office is located at 101 Monroe St. (Suite A) Carthage, NC 28327.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If there is a need to make the event entirely virtual due to CDC guidelines and/or State executive orders, all participants will be converted to virtual registrations. There will be no refunds. We will use email as our main form of communication for any changes to the event day. Please make sure you register with an updated email address to get the most up to date information regarding race day.
