Description
Friend to Friend is a nonprofit agency located in Carthage, North Carolina. Our mission is to help survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking rebuild their lives. Some of the services we provide are; emergency shelter, 24/7 crisis line, court advocacy, hospital accompaniment, counseling, support groups, and community education. All of our services area free of charge.
April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month. The purpose of this event is to bring the community together to raise awareness about sexual assault. We strongly believe that education is the key to prevention.
After the run there will be a free concert event with live music from Becca Rae and Zach Person at Southern Pines Brewing Company. This event is family friendly with activities for children, live music, and food trucks.
