Description

You must be registered with US Masters in order to swim this race.

Please NOTE, cost for first event will be $65 after you register with your Masters ID($20.00 off).
There is a multi-event discount. Each additional event is $15 (Discount will be taken at checkout).

A T-shirt and Chicken Sandwich (Saturday Only) will be provided per swimmer, not Event.

All races will
Start in Water
Finish out of Water.
Left Hand Turns around Buoy.

You will be swimming at the same time as USA Swimming swimmers, but starting in a different Wave. Masters will be in the last wave of every event.

Information with your numbers will all be sent out after registration closes on 5/26/2025 at 6:00 PM

Events

The following distances will be offered. You may enter in more than one distance discipline.
400 M - Friday May 30 (Check-in at 4:30 PM, Pre-Race Meeting - 5:00 PM, Race Start - 5:30 PM)
3K - Saturday May 31 (Check-in at 9:20 AM, Pre-Race Meeting - 11:10 AM, Race Start - 11:30 AM)
2K - Saturday May 31 (Check-in at 11:35 AM, Pre-Race Meeting - 12:55 PM, Race Start - 1:15PM)
800 M - Saturday May 31 (Check-in at 1:05 PM, Pre-Race Meeting - 2:10 PM, Race Start - 2:30PM)
The event will take place at Lake Echo in Seven Lakes, NC

400 M - Will be a straight line along the damn.
800 M - will be a small triangle race, swam parallel to the dam.
2K & 3K, will be swum in a 1K Triangle using Left Should Turns (Counter Clockwise)

Directions

All parking for spectators/swimmers for the Carolina Cup races will be at the soccer field near the venue. Signs for parking will be posted. Please follow the signs to the appropriate parking area. The entrance to Seven Lakes North is located on Seven Lakes Drive, just past Seven Lakes Fire and Rescue.
