Location--Rockford Lake, S 108th Road,East Lilac Road. Area # 7 East of Beatrice,Ne Hwy 136 East side of lake.
3 Hour cutoff

Check in--8:30am
Start--9:00am
Maps,instructions,punch cards handed out at check in.
A day pass can be purchased in the park.
Format--Solo,teams of 2 or 3 person (male,female,coed) teams check in together will run/hike/ mountain bike and kayak in and around Rockford Lake
Kayaks will be dropped at boat dock area # 6 on East side of the lake.
CHECK IN AREA--Tent camping area in Area # 7.
Teams may use a free app HandyGPS for assistance. And compass help.
A good part of the course is on new trails.
